Missoula Stump Guide

Privacy notice

This is a plain-language description of how Missoula Stump Guide handles information. Missoula Stump Guide is an independent information publisher, not a tree-service contractor.

Who the publisher is

Missoula Stump Guide is published by Jamison Worst, an individual publisher. It has no local office or street address and does not claim one. You can reach the publisher through the contact page.

What we collect

If you use the request form, we collect only what you enter: your name, email, a broad service-area location (city or ZIP), the type of stump need, and a short description. You may optionally add a phone number, approximate stump count, size band, and timing preference.

Please do not submit your exact street address, precise location, payment or financial details, health information, government identification, or photos through this form. We do not ask for them and do not want them in Pilot-stage requests.

How we use it

We use the information only to understand your stump-service request and to keep it on file. This site is new and no provider is currently assigned to these requests.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, forward, or share your request with a contractor or lead buyer.
  • We do not send you SMS/text messages.
  • We do not add you to a promotional email program.
  • We do not record or transcribe calls.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.

If that ever changes — for example, if a legitimate local provider is later associated with the site — you would be told before your information is shared, and sharing would require your permission.

How requests reach us

The request form opens an email draft in your own email application, addressed to the publisher at jamisonw@belltowerproperties.com. You must send the email yourself for it to reach us. The website does not submit the request or store it on a server. This is an existing publisher-approved business inbox. Once your email is received, the publisher holds it under the handling rules above; it is not forwarded to a contractor.

Retention and deletion

We keep requests only as long as needed for this research project and delete them on request. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, contact the publisher (see the contact page) and we will honor the request.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising analytics. If basic, privacy-respecting traffic measurement is added later, this notice will be updated to say so.

Consumer protection

We aim to describe this site truthfully and never to imply we are a contractor. Montana residents can learn about consumer protections through the Montana Department of Justice Office of Consumer Protection.

This notice may be updated as the project evolves; the current version always lives at this page.
